Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Cebu Mactan Airport – Immigration Process

Level 1: Office of Quarantine (BOQ)
Upon arrival at Ninoy Aquino International Airport or Cebu Mactan Airport, you will be required to present your eTravel QR code and passport. Please have these ready in advance.

Level 2: Immigration counter

Please present your passport and return flight ticket.

※ After completing the immigration check, please check whether your passport has the entry stamp and whether the validity period and visa days on the stamp are correct. If not, please report it to the immigration officer immediately.

※ Customs may regularly conduct random checks on passengers in the customs inspection room.

Level 3: Baggage claim

Wait for your luggage at the conveyor belt. Keep the luggage tag, as customs may check the package and tag upon departure.

Go through the written customs inspection. If you have nothing to declare, you can leave the airport. If you are found with dutiable goods, you will have to pay a fine.

Level 4: Exiting the airport

Cebu Airport consists of two terminals: Terminal 1 (domestic flights) and Terminal 2 (international flights), both of which have only one exit. The school's shuttle staff will be waiting for new students at the airport exit with a sign with the school's name.

※ It is important to note that once you leave the airport, you cannot go back.

*Students who need to make an independent transfer must first arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport and then transfer independently to Cebu Mactan Airport, where the school is located. Please make sure to collect your luggage, proceed to the appropriate airport, and re-check-in for onward travel. Independent Transfer Guide:

  • Arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Manila).

  • Pick up your luggage at the baggage claim belt.

  • Transfer independently to Cebu Mactan Airport (where the school is located).

  • Check in again for your onward flight to Cebu.
